BPSPA Awarded Best Training Institution by MHA – The New Indian Express

BHUBANESWAR: Biju Patnaik State Police Academy (BPSPA) in Bhubaneswar has been recognized as the best training institution among the states and awarded the Union Home Minister Trophy.

At the investiture ceremony held at the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) headquarters in New Delhi on Friday, Home Minister Ajay Kumar Bhalla handed over the Minister of Home Affairs trophy and scroll. Interior of the Union to the Director and ADG (Training) of the BPSPA, Arun Kumar Sarangi.

The BPSPA has been recognized as the best police training institute among all states in the category of Registered Officers for the year 2020-2021.

The Union Home Secretary Trophy was announced in January 2022.
